Our emotions, hurts, traumas and life experiences are stored in our body, sometimes for years or even decades. When we reconnect our mind and body we can process and release these experiences.
Connecting the mind and body enables us to move from survival mode by rewiring neural pathways and move to a place of more emotional balance. When our mind and body our connected it gives us greater insight into our emotions, thoughts and feelings. It helps us identify and release what may have been holding us back or keeping us stuck and enable us to move forward.
