I support people who are ready to create the life they want for themselves.

Working with the mind-body connection, I help my clients to build resources, trust and resilience to move forward on their journey.

My solution-focussed coaching approach is holistic, taking into account the whole person – mind, body and soul. Together we can explore nourishing and nurturing the body and mind, unwanted habits and behaviours, limiting beliefs, developing positive healthy habits, increasing self-awareness, nervous system regulation, setting boundaries, purpose and meaning, transforming beliefs and values that are no longer working to create a new healing story.

During our time together I hold a safe, non-judgemental space with compassion for my clients, working together in partnership to overcome obstacles so they can move forward and thrive to a life of possibility, feeling healthier, happier, calmer and more confident.

My areas of specialism include: stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and confidence, boundaries, eating disorders, disordered eating, perimenopause, menopause, gut health, long term conditions.
